Having grown up in church, I learned how to share the gospel at an early age. Now that does not mean it was easy to do so, but I sure was equipped with lots of evangelism tracts to hand out to my friends, family, and even strangers. It was easy for me to leave the Christian tracts for people to find or even hand them to someone. Even though I was given these evangelism tools known as bible tracts, I was secretly hoping though that no one would ask me about them. Crazy right! I was given these gospel tools. I was told that sharing the gospel with kids would make me a better person. That was what God wanted me to do!
Sharing the gospel with children my own age was not easy. Why? Because I could not put into words what my heart felt. While the bible tracts were meant to help us, they were in no way child-friendly. Sometimes they were just too wordy or even confusing for me. As an elementary school aged child, I certainly could not put into words what I am capable of doing now. Today, sharing the gospel is something I love to do. Not only in actions, but in words. While it may come easier for me as an adult, it is not such an easy thing for children.
Now there is a tool that I truly wish I had access to when I was younger. This is completely amazing!
